We appreciate your choice of SAI Star Event Management for your upcoming event. All reservations are subject to our meticulously crafted Terms and Conditions. At SAI Star Event Management, our dedicated management and staff are committed to ensuring that your event is nothing short of extraordinary.

Preliminary
This comprehensive service and hiring agreement govern the rental of our esteemed service and top-tier equipment under the banner of “SAI Star Event Management,” officially registered as “SAI Star Party Decorations” (ABN.xxxxxxxx).
Booking
We strongly recommend making advanced reservations to secure your desired items. A 20% deposit is mandatory to confirm the reservation for your requested date. Another 30% instalment is due one month before the event, with the final amount to be settled one week before the event. Same-day hires are accommodated based on availability.
Cancellations And Date Changes
For your convenience, one date change is permitted for all bookings. In the event of a cancellation, prompt communication is appreciated. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will result in a 20% refund, while no refunds are applicable for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
Hire Terms
Our pricing structure is meticulously quoted for a singular period, generally specified on the item listing. Weekend event items can be acquired from Friday, with returns expected by the following Monday. Extended hire periods are subject to special rates. Late fees (typically 50% of the Hire Bond) are levied for each day the equipment exceeds the scheduled return date.
Service
SAI Star Event Management is unwaveringly committed to delivering excellence in service and providing items of unparalleled quality. Prices, albeit subject to change, reflect our dedication to your event’s success. We eagerly welcome your suggestions and take pride in assisting you in the meticulous planning of your special occasions.
Missing & Damaged Items
To ensure a seamless experience, we advise a thorough count and inspection of items at the time of hire. Any shortages or damages should be promptly reported. The customer bears responsibility for hired items during their tenure, with charges applicable for the full replacement cost of missing and damaged items.
Set Up/Take Down Services
Set up and takedown services, available at an additional cost, require advance arrangement. Certain items may include these services at no extra charge, as clearly outlined in the item listing.
Delivery Terms
Our standard delivery and pick-up times are amenable to mutual agreement. Missed deliveries/pick-ups incur a re-visit fee. Notably, delivery excludes set up and pack-down services, and additional charges may apply for areas less easily accessible.
Disaster Or Pandemic Cancellations
Regrettably, SAI Star Event Management cannot provide refunds for events affected by unforeseen disasters or pandemics. Instead, a credit will be issued, valid for up to 12 months from the prior booking date, ensuring flexibility in these challenging times.
